Cauliflower

Cauliflower is a good source of nutrients, minerals and vitamins. In comparison with white cabbage, it contains much more protein and vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Moreover, this vegetable is saturated with vitamins B6, B1, A, PP. It's "curly" white inflorescences comprises lot of magnesium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, iron. Cauliflower contains double norm of iron as in green peas, pepper or lettuce.

Cauliflower has a delicate flavour and a light aroma. It is the original garnish for meat dishes and seafood. This vegetable is low in calories, which makes it an indispensable part of the daily diet for people leading a healthy lifestyle.
